PET Preparation Tips

Running (1000m)

Start with 2km daily jogs. Gradually build to 5km. Practice 1000m timed runs in Week 3-4.

Weight Carrying

Practice carrying 35kg (male)/20kg (female) weights over 100m. Build grip strength and endurance.

Timeline

Start physical preparation 2 months before PET. Don't neglect fitness while focusing on CBT.

Diet & Rest

High protein diet, 8 hours sleep. Avoid injury — consult a trainer if possible.
