What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email address, and the exams you choose.
• Study activity: questions attempted, scores, streaks and notes read — this is what makes your dashboard useful.
• Payment records: our payment provider handles your card or UPI details. We never see or store them.
• Basic technical data: pages visited and device type, used to keep the service working.

Why we collect it

To run your account, show your progress, provide the material you subscribed to, and answer you when you contact support. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner, and you can decline without losing access to anything you have paid for.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep payment records.

Your choices

Write to contact@crackanyexam.in to see, correct, export or delete your data. We will confirm within a reasonable period.

Children

Some material is aimed at school students. If a parent or guardian asks us to remove a child's account, we will.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
