Refund Policy

The short version

Subscriptions run for a minimum of one month and are non-refundable. Please choose your exams carefully before you pay.

Why

Access to the full question bank, mock tests and notes is granted immediately on payment, so the material is delivered in full from the first minute.

Before you subscribe

Every exam hub shows its pattern, syllabus coverage and a study plan before you pay, and sample drills are available. If you are unsure which plan fits, ask us first — we would rather answer a question than take money for the wrong thing.

Exceptions we do honour

• Duplicate payment: charged twice for the same subscription, we refund the duplicate in full.
• Failed access: if payment succeeded but access was never granted and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.

Write to contact@crackanyexam.in with your payment reference within 7 days.

Cancelling

You can stop a subscription at any time; it then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.
